For the younger members of our community, Pincher Creek offers many places within town to play safely on well-maintained outdoor equipment.

Well maintained and safe playground areas are convenienty located at 9 venues in town:

  4. Edna Street Playground (753 Edna Street)
  5. Hank Planger Park (912 Christie Avenue)

  7. Lions Tot Lot (1144 Wentworth Avenue)
  8. South Hill Playground (526 Schofield Street)
  9. Wentworth Playground (860 Wentworth Avenue)

New Process for Property Assessments
In the past, the Town of Pincher Creek has issued a “Combined Property Assessment and Tax Notice.” This meant that the property owner was notified of their assessment for the year at the same time they were notified of the amount of taxes owed. The new process for 2023 will be that the property owner will receive a Property Assessment Notice separate from the Property Tax Notice.
