Dilmer Park and adjacent creek path closed

Dilmer Park (415 Charlotte St) and the creek path between Indian St. and Beaver Dr. are temporarily closed due to deer fawning. At this time, the remaining sections of the creek path are open, please use the path with caution and stay alert.
 
➡️ always keep your dog on a leash
➡️ if you find a fawn leave it alone
➡️ give all wild animals as much space as possible when you encounter them and change your route if possible
 
Deer can be highly aggressive to dogs at this time of year. If you encounter an aggressive wild animal in the Town of Pincher Creek please contact the Report a Poacher Line 1 800 642 3800

Road Closure | Beverly McLachlin Dr | May 1-2

Beverly McLachlin Drive will be closed between Frederick Street and Adelaide Street from May 1 to May 2 to allow for the installation of a utility services.

PRESS RELEASE – STAGE 1 WATER RESTRICTION IN EFFECT

April 24, 2024 - For immediate release – On Monday, April 22, 2024, Town Council passed the amended Water Utility Bylaw. Changes to the bylaw include the trigger points for enacting water restrictions in the Town of Pincher Creek. This update was requested by the province as part of the Town of Pincher Creek’s Drought Management Plan.
 
The Town of Pincher Creek has moved from Stage 2 Water Restriction to Stage 1 Voluntary Water Conservation effective April 24, 2024 based on the Water Utility Bylaw 1631-24 revisions of April 22, 2024.
