Sealed bids for the items listed on the Town of Pincher Creek bid from will be accepted at the Town of Pincher Creek Main Office (962 St. John Ave) from May 9 to 23, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Sealed bids for the items listed on the Town of Pincher Creek bid form will be accepted at the Town of Pincher Creek main office (962 St John Ave.) between May 9- 23, 2018. All bids will be opened privately at 4:00pm May 28, 2018.
- All equipment shall be offered on an “as-is, where-is” basis without any warranty or guarantee of suitability or fitness for the purpose for which it was intended.
- The Town of Pincher Creek reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the Town.
- Payment must be in the form of Cash, Debit, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque made payable to the Town of Pincher Creek.
